To look sexy, you need a good-looking physique. You don't need a lot of muscles nor to look very muscular, but then again, you don't want to be overweight nor underweight, obese or anorexic; you want something in the middle.
People who typically exercise, run, or do some type of exercise regime, tend to be sexier people; and for males, it's more masculine. But remember, having too much muscles doesn't mean it's the best - everyone has their preference.
For women and men, having a bit of muscle will change your looks dramatically.
