PEDS Pro's and Con's 2022
> PEDs are Performance Enhancing Drugs.
- are substances that are used to improve any form of activity performance in humans. A well-known example involves doping in sport, where banned physical performance-enhancing drugs are used by athletes and bodybuilders.
> Side Effects will Arise
- - Acne, Fertility Issues, E.D, Prostate Cancer, Cancer, Baldness, Gyno, Sleeping issues, Heart issues, and a whole other variety of side effects
> Won't Keep Gains (Muscle / Strength) Forever
- - It's temporary till you stop using the drugs.
> Stay Natural until your Natural Hormones starts to decline
- - Ruining Your hormones at a early age is a big no no. You'll ruin your life, and recovery, and power, and it'll take a long time to recover from that. So Stay natural until your body needs supplementation because at an early age, you can build muscle.
Building muscle requires hard work and consistency. Constantly eating, workouts out, and sleeping. That's all, we bodybuilders, do. Eat, sleep and breathe bodybuilding.
That is what it takes in order to build muscle. That's all you need. That is the math. However, it can be tedious for some, and for others, it can be just a daily routine.
Some people do not want to constantly do the same repetitive thing to see slow results; Well, that's how the human body works. Slow results will have the best yielding results. But, since people are impatient and/or don't have the work ethic, they believe in PEDS. Don't get me wrong, they're useful, but not really beneficial at the end of the day.
Sure, using PEDs are beneficial in competitions, but for your own sake of looking good, I wouldn't say so. First off, sure, you'll get them gains, but it's going to be costly to continue with these cycles, and secondly, side effects may occur. If using Tren for example, night sweats, and emotions will be a thing for you, so, with that being said, I don't consider that beneficial if you're wanting to suffer a bit...more. Since, we're already suffering if you're shredded and with a calorie deficit regime, adding PEDs on top of your life will just add the cherry on top. Especially if you have some mental issues such as anxiety, depression, panic attacks, or whatnot, it'll amplify the issue. So take that into consideration.
But then again, PEDs will ramp up the bodily's processes. It'll put more stress on the heart, brain and etc. In addition to that, building more muscle than what your body is capable of doing so, naturally, will automatically place more stress on the heart. Which will require more food intake to sustain such a physique, so if your nutrition isn't on point, you're risking your overall health to many things. Diabetes, heart issues, organ issues, gut issues, mental issues -- the whole body will be affected.
PED use requires constant and strict control. You must be on top of your Diet, Nutrition, Recovery, and Health Checkings regularly. It's important to get blood tests and check organ health because PEDS affects these in a way that we're not aware of, so when constantly using PEDs for years and years, we may potentially reduce our lifespan.
Up until your body starts to decline, as in hormones and recovery, strength and power, that is when you should supplement your hormones. Using hrt, trt, and/or peds, such as steroids and etc. Steroids and Trt for example are different types of peds. Steroids have it's own array of a variety of drugs, whereas TRT IS just for testosterone replacement. Other steroids can alter factors other than testosterone.
Peds can come in different forms. Endurance, Strength, Power, and Anabolism. Each Drug and approach can affect an individual differently. It's depending on how they use it and cope with it. Their lifestyle and habits will dictate their overall health outcome.
