Therefore, people think, Meal Shakes are good, they're similar to protein shakes, however, are they?

Replacing all meals or prolonged consumption of these shakes is dangerous. They may produce harmful effects because it deprives the body of all essential nutrients and enzymes.
Not all Meal Shake [Brands/Products] will contain Top Quality Ingredients. Many companies will throw in bad ingredients, additives, and processed things that You May Not Be Aware Of. It's important to read the label and examine it thoroughly. If it has a proprietary blend; I would find another brand that discloses all the information and ingredients that are within the product.

It's the mindset and knowledge and willpower to stay strict on a healthy regime. Eating vegetables, fruits, and healthy sources of proteins fats, and carbs, staying hydrated, exercising regularly, and most importantly, staying consistent with this process. Otherwise, you'll rebound and regain the fat and weight.
