Tristyn Lee prioritizes Bodybuilding. He loves it. That is his passion. Mr. Lee is laser-focused when it comes to his physique. He's very keen on an ideal and very specific physique - which is - being shredded!


Mr. Lee Endures the Harsh Reality of Being Ripped 

Being ripped and maintaining that type of physique really takes hard work and a strong mind. He does this because he loves this physique. He gets the most attention, critics, compliments and it fuels him up  - to continue - to go further - to go beyond what is imaginable.


Tristyn is no stranger when it comes to dieting. 



He knows what he is doing - he's very knowledgeable on how to alter macros, nutrition, and physique. Here is How Tristyn lee develops and Maintains his Physique.


Tristyn Lee Focuses on Keto Diet

Mr. Lee focuses on High Protein, Moderate Fats, and essentially no Carbs. This is because he wants to enter the ketosis stage; or use the keto diet approach for fat loss.(Utilizing Ketones). When you use the keto diet method, it is the most effective way to promote fat burning and to become shredded (imo) so this is why he utilizes this method -- To maintain his shredded physique. He wants to maintain a ripped physique. He does NOT want to gain fat. The keto diet is the best way to do this. For some, it's different. All you really need to become shredded is to go about a calorie deficit...Anyhow, Keto Is his answer. Specifically, He Uses The Carnivore Diet.


Mr Lee's Diet is mainly a Carnivore DIET

His Fat intake is in moderation, he doesn't prioritize that - he prioritizes Meat and only meat which is high in protein. He believes this is the best method for a ripped physique. He mentions this in his Grocery Haul Video.



The Carnivore diet is similar to Keto Diet because you're eliminating carbs. However, the carnivore diet specifically focuses on meat and organs. Only meat-related products. No vegetables, no seeds.

YOU eat only meat, fish, eggs and some animal products; you exclude all other food groups — including vegetables, fruits, grains, legumes, nuts and seeds.

His calories are low, but not that low. He is in a calorie deficit majority of the time to calorie maintenance to probably build a bit of muscle and/or to maintain. He does not want to increase calories or enter calorie surplus because he'll gain weight - fat, which he does not. He only wants to prioritize on Muscle-Building.

Considering his Protein is high and eats every so often, he is able to develop muscle and maintain that. Along with his workout regime, he can still build muscle while losing fat.


Bodybuilding is Tristyn's Passion



Mr. Lee Loves to Workout. He's keen on a six-pack shredded greek god physique. Who wouldn't want that? Anyways, his passion for bodybuilding is crazy. He strives for the best - he works harder than last time - and he knows what he's doing.

He works out very hard, every day, perhaps 5-7x out of the week. Which is understandable, but his work ethic is out of this world. No one can compare to Mr. Lee's Mindset. His mindset is crazy because he's able to endure low body fat, the keto diet, AND to work out very intensely!? 


I know why he looks the way he does. HE'S Crazy. You know how much willpower it takes to not indulge in carbs or junk foods or to gain weight because staying a calorie deficit can be boring and make you lose mass and weight but he's keen on a ripped physique with aesthetic muscles. Which Bulking is not required.


His Regime is simple.

  1. Works-out hard.

  2. Eat High protein - no carbs for a ripped physique.

  3. Recover well.


That's all you need and that's all he needs. There's no secret formula to develop his physique and/or to maintain such physique.


It requires hard work, a strong mind, and consistency. Ultimately, it's the consistency that got him to stay prominent.


Because, If you think about it, not everyone who wants to become shredded will maintain that physique for a long time. Usually, people got their Seasons. Bulking season and Cutting season. People do this because they're wanting to gain mass or to stop dieting because dieting can affect you mentally which can cause some issues like depression, foggy minded or just bored of life due to dieting so hard. So by giving yourself time off, you can live life normally and joyfully and take the stress off your mind.
