To have good-looking abs, go for foods that agree with your gut and overall body. Don't consume foods that cause irritation and whatnot because you will end up bloated, holding on to water, and looking washed out.

The higher the quality of foods you eat, the better. The junkier foods you consume, the uglier your physique will look. Try and avoid as much as possible, Junk foods, sodas, and sugary foods and beverages. Water is all you need and/or coffee, tea, and other beneficial beverage.

The Diet aspect is crucial for a good-looking physique. So with that being said, prioritize calories, nutrition, exercise, and staying fit. 

Do not overeat because that'll cause you to gain weight/fat, and it'll stretch out the stomach.

Focus on vegetables, fruits, nuts/seeds, berries, and healthy sources of fats, carbs, and proteins.

Ideally, High protein, moderate fats, and carbs. Or a Keto diet is good for this situation.

Focus on Whole foods - organic foods. Those are much better than those processed junk foods like fast foods, microwavable foods, chips, etc.
