DEEP THICK ABS Tips and Tricks
For Abs, all you need really is to be in a low body fat range. If you're overweight, you won't see your abs - if you're skinny or have low body fat - you have ABS.
Everyone has abs. ABS - The definition of them comes from being in a low body fat range. If you got stomach fat, or if you're overweight, you won't see any muscle definition. Ever wonder why skinny people have abs? Some may brag about it - but in reality, everyone has them.
You need to decrease body fat to reveal your abs. This can be done by eating healthier, going on a calorie deficit, and exercising.
Obtaining Deep Thick ABS
To develop nice deep-thick abs, those dense-deep valley's within your ABS - You need to prioritize your abs.
You need to be in a calorie deficit. A slight one I recommend.
Then, you need to work on your ABS. I trained my abs for a year straight to get deep-deep abs. Dense, thick abs come from training them - so over time, your abs will become thicker.
Your diet and nutrition should be clean. I wouldn't advise eating unhealthy - especially junk foods.
For hydration - no sodas, sugary beverages, etc.
Looking Dry to The Bone
To achieve a dry-to-the-bone appearance, you need to manipulate your water from within. Using things like diuretics, coffee/tea, saunas, hot showers/baths, and/or drinking loads of water to remove water within.
It is dangerous! I caution you about this. Because when depleting water, you become dehydrated. When becoming dehydrated, your performance, mental clarity, and overall health will be decreased, lessened, and vulnerable.
When you remove/deplete water, your physique will pop more. Giving you that dense thick look - that shreddedness, striated-grainy muscle definition.
However, sometimes depleting yourself can RUIN your physique look. Sometimes holding onto water could be a better thing for you. For one, your muscles will definitely have that 3D look, but you won't have that shredded-grainy-striated muscle look. Unless you know what you're doing, and how to go about manipulation, then excuse me. Do you and continue. Essentially, whatever works for you - works for you. Everyone's different. But if you were to deplete water from within, you'll definitely look more shredded than ever.
Even going on a Keto diet, to become a fat-burning machine, and this will result in your physique becoming a shredded-greek god-like statue. Along with water manipulation, and calorie deficit; Your muscles will look gnarly. Shredded, striated, grainy, dense, and crazy looking.
It is important to hydrate properly. DO not starve yourself, nor neglect water or any type of liquid. Your body needs water or some other beneficial liquid. No sodas.
