Recently, or for a while now, people have been getting on Mr. Lee's head. To eat more to become healthier. Focus on self-health, and don't let your body/muscle dysmorphia consume you - completely.



We all know that Tristyn Lee has Body dysmorphia, or should I say Muscle Dysmorphia. Muscle dysmorphia is when you're not satisfied with your current physique or appearance; This affects the person's mind, mindset, thinking, and self-esteem. Doing anything to maintain or reach their goal even if there are risks involved, which there are. 


High risk, High Reward for Tristyn Lee.


Considering this situation in his life, he's promoting and showcasing detrimental protocols and regime, and ultimately, a lifestyle - a lifestyle that is NOT sustainable for everyday living.

Mr. Lee has mentioned this, Body dysmorphia, and advises not to follow his regime. That's because he is aware that his life, protocol, and regimes are not ideal, healthy, or sustainable. It's not ideal overall. He's enduring a mental condition.

Body/muscle dysmorphia is really real. It'll affect the person so greatly, that they have no idea what is happening. Even from outside sources, he doesn't care. His mind plays tricks, tricking him into thinking he's not good enough. So as a result, he'll do anything to maintain such shape...

Popular Fitness Influencers, YouTubers, and Bodybuilders are saying the same thing. He needs help.

Tristyn Lee has been on the topic of what is healthy and what isn't. I'm not bashing Mr. Lee, but he's a good example of an eating disorder and body/muscle dysmorphia.



These popular people are known, have tons of experience in this field, and some of 'em are experts. Professional Bodybuilders as well. They all say that yes, he's crazy shredded and muscular, but it's not ideal to sustain such body fat and weight.

In fact, his physique would dramatically improve when he starts to actually BULK. A proper bulk is much needed. He'll develop so much muscle mass because his body is deprived. He needs more nourishment for stimulating muscle growth. 

When you're deprived and in a calorie deficit, your body does not recover or grow efficiently. And people may feel lethargic, weak, and perhaps become malnourished.
