What is Turkesterone?
An ecdysteroid named turkesterone is derived from the plant Ajuga turkestanica. It is essentially the arthropod (sometimes known as insect) equivalent of the naturally occurring male steroid hormone testosterone.
Turkesterone and testosterone actually share a lot of similarities in terms of their molecular structures. Since testosterone is anabolic, or increases muscular mass, some people think that testosterone could have a similar impact on humans, which is why it's so popular.
Turkesterone supplements are often sold online for about $50 per bottle and come in the form of pills. As of right now, purchasing turkesterone is completely legal, and the World Anti-Doping Agency does not include it on its list of prohibited substances (WADA).
When people formulate products/supplements, they can add anything. They can say, "this product has 99% turkesterone purity" but in reality, many people are not giving the proper dosages or compounds to actually give us the benefits of the plants. So, you may experience a 'placebo' effect. Meaning, that you think this product works, but it isn't. Your mind is playing tricks, so you think it is actually working.
This is happening NOW with turkesterone. People are Selling bogus/bunk/underdosed turkesterone.
When it comes to formulating turkesterone; Turk - has barely any bioavailability, so in order to enhance the absorption; you must add other compounds/chemicals to help the human body to absorb it.
To find genuine, 100% effective and well-formulated, and dosed products, you need to do research.
Researching the company is the best bet. Determine whether if they're genuine or not; Do they actually care for their customers, and do they formulate products properly.
Then, you should examine the Labels. Determine what is within, and dictate whether if it has the correct % of the selected compound within the product.
"Turkesterone (or any other ecdysteroids) do not now appear to considerably enhance sports performance according to reliable scientific research. It's only that there isn't enough evidence to support any assertions, not that it's completely false."
People even claim,
"Online retailers of testosterone supplements advertise a wide range of health advantages, including better body composition, quicker healing times, and more lean muscle."
