Exercising is not required to lose fat but it'll help a lot.

To go about a calorie deficit, you need to eat less. Eat fewer foods. Reduce your meal sizes. Skip on snacks or meals or even intermittent fast. Do what you can to reduce YOUR CALORIE INTAKE. You can eat absolutely anything but be in a calorie deficit to promote fat loss. The cleaner you eat, the better and higher performing body you will have.

You will have to subtract / deduct about ~300-500 calories from your average calorie intake to enter a calorie deficit [phase].

When you continue to eat junk food it fills the body with harmful toxins which do not benefit us, and in fact, it creates stubborn fat such as love handles and so forth.
