 Can You Be Like Tristyn Lee?


Tristyn Lee is a phenom. He's an internet superstar because of his age, stature, and his amazing bodybuilding features. 

Mr. Lee has shown everyone that he is a freak of nature - he is a beast and he loves to show it off. It's quite unnatural and abnormal to look like him and to be presentable like he is because of his lifestyle. He is extremely shredded and strong which is somewhat hard to obtain when you're low on body fat. The lower body you have, the harder it'll be to develop good strength and energy. It's hard to sustain over time, but Tristyn Lee defies all of that. He proves to the world that he can be a shredded freak and have super-human-like strength (ok I'm exaggerating).

There are a lot of speculation of whether if Mr. Lee is natural or not. Is he on Gear or no? Well, we won't fully know because the only way we'll know if he tells us, but we can examine and make assumptions about him.


Considering he is extremely shredded with having a lot of strength somewhat tells us that he may be taking something in order to enhance his strength, power, recovery, and ability to maintain his low body fat. Sure, he can dial in his nutrition and supplements to aid in strength gains and to maintain his aesthetic physique, but normally, that is when people speculate gear to use. A lot of natural bodybuilders cannot endure being extremely shredded and have super-human strength. You can either have one or the other. You cannot possess two of the features unless you're a freak of nature - like Tristyn Lee. SO The Question Is: Can you be like Tristyn Lee?

Well, if you can endure being shredded 24/7 and have high levels of strength and athletism, then yes, you can be like Tristyn Lee. It takes a lot of effort, drive, determination, and sacrifice to be like Mr. Lee. Simply obtaining that low body fat is hard, let alone maintaining that physique for a long period of time is really hard. If you're able to do that, then yes you can be like him. If you can manage to be shredded and STILL able to lift heavy, then yes you can be like Mr. Lee. But it's not practical or sustainable for most people because this lifestyle is an extreme case of bodybuilding. It is an extreme case of bodybuilding for Mr. Lee.


I'd say 90% of the population cannot do what Mr. Lee can because if you were able to, everyone would be like Mr. Lee. However, it's not sustainable nor practical for most people. It's unrealistic and over-reaching for most people. It requires lots of sacrifice and commitment. A lot of people cannot endure that because it is too much, it's too taxing for your body and mind, and overall it is not a fun lifestyle to go about.


Mr. Lee dials in his diet, nutrition, and training regime in order to keep his physique and strength in check. He has high levels of commitment, dedication, and drive. Without those, he cannot be what he is today. A freak of nature. That is how he is able to showcase his feats. He also uses the energy from his social media to drive his ambition which is important to keep the motivation going.
