From Obese to 173 LBS FIT

 He was 270 pounds when in 11th grade. After feeling dissatisfied with his physique, Will underwent a cut. In today's article, you'll learn how Will Tennyson lose weight. 


What He Did To Maintain 8% Body Fat

Upon wakening up, [fasted] he started his day to burn calories. He walked To Starbucks. Which burns fat and boosts metabolism. Very important for keeping a healthy weight.

Coffee also helps burn fat, so it's ideal to go about it. His coffee only contains around ~5 calories because it is black. Then after his coffee run, he had to walk back, which also helped with his weight loss. 


Will Tennyson does:  6400 Steps '2x Per day' 


He also lifts weights. 3x a week. Lifting weights exert energy which results in weight loss over time. Any Type of exercise or cardio will burn fat and tone the body. Will Utilizes Compound movements and whole-body exercises which stimulate more muscle groups therefore you will burn more fat. 


He would also attend the gym and lift 2x a day as well. 

Resulting in more fat loss. 

He uses an apple watch to track his steps. However, when using the Gym - he does not use his apple watch to count his steps. He separates his cardio/walking in the gym vs outside walking aspect. 



Will Tennyson Diet

He is on a Macro Fast - Only prioritizes Protein in the first half of the day. After his workout, he consumes protein and a bit of carbs. Eating an egg white meal after his fast. At night he'll utilize carbs and fats or only at night.


He ate sugar-free jello, rice cakes, gum, lifesavers popsicles, had another cup of [#2] coffee, tuna, mayo, apple,


His 2nd cup of coffee stalls his appetite. Caffeine is a suppressant. It'll suppress your appetite. 

He does not like to binge and sacrifices a lot of temptations. Such as when going out, he won't go off his diet. He brings water and some other type of hydration source.


Before Bed, his last Meal is one of his Biggest Meals

The Vat. A big meal consisting of cheese, meat, and other random stuff. This last meal will consist of ~1600 calories.

His calorie intake on a daily basis was around ~2,300 calories.



From Obese to 173 LBS.

Now, Will Tennyson's diet is not perfect. Not an optimal diet. Not the best going diet. Very unstable type of diet. Consisting of high protein, moderate fats, and low carbs, severe calorie deficit, and lots of exertion. This diet is not sustainable nor encouraging. I wouldn't follow Will Tennyson's protocols!
