Best Nutritional Tips for becoming Shredded - Obtaining a Shredded Physique

For a Shredded physique, you need to dial in your performance. Your attitude needs to be right, and your mindset, discipline, and willpower must be on at all times because becoming shredded and maintaining it is very tedious.

When you're trying to become shredded, it requires willpower and sacrifice. You need to eliminate, reduce, avoid, balance, control, and moderate your food intake at all times. You must be aware of the nutritional profile, calories, and so forth.

Altering your physique does require a bit of knowledge. Understanding your body ultimately is the best bet, but you need to understand how you respond to foods and change your calorie intake. Be wise, go slow, have patience, and definitely do not go on a crash course [diet].

But, it's not all that difficult to become shredded. It only requires discipline, calorie deficit, exercise, and striving for healthy nutrition; veggies, fruits, etc.

Here are the Best Nutritional Tips For Becoming Shredded

1) Always Focus on Clean Foods - Healthy Foods - Vegetables, Fruits

Always strive for healthy foods. The healthier the better. Simply due to the fact that healthy foods benefit and nourish us better than junk food. Therefore, when trying to go about weight loss and becoming shredded, the process will be very easy, clean, and smooth because you have a proper functioning gut, due to having a proper diet/nutritional regime in place. A poor diet, and eating junk, will impact your gut health resulting in weight gain, and stubborn weight loss.

Vegetables are very good, it cleans the body, heal us, and have low calories. You can eat a ton, and become full fast, so I highly recommend it. Eat veggies for breakfast, lunch, dinner - or whenever you can. JUST try to get some veggies in. It contains fiber and other good nutrients that'll help with gut and overall health.

2) Avoid Sugary Foods and Drinks

Sodas, cookies, pastries, cakes, honey buns, etc, are a no-go. They are useless, and yet tasty, but still not beneficial. You can eat these in moderation; within a balance diet regime; but I advise avoiding junk foods. Junk foods will hinder insulin, etc. You can easily overconsume these types of foods - especially sodas, chips, and any other foods high in salt and sugar.

3) Exercise Daily to aid in weight loss and staying toned

Exercise is very beneficial for us. It promotes weight loss, tones up the body making you sexier, and improves, strengthens, and heals the body. You literally cannot go wrong with exercising. It promotes happiness, wellbeing, and overall self-love.

Cardio, weightlifting, sports, swimming, etc, all of those types of activities will help with all the above that I've mentioned.

The key is: Activity.

If you're inactive, you may accumulate body fat. but if you're active, you can combat weight gain, and stay shredded and toned.

4) Water - Staying Hydrated

Water is king. People aren't aware of this. Water can help boost metabolism. Water contains 0 sugar, and calories, making it the best option to go for when thirsty. Of course, fruits are a better source of hydration. But, water is king. Staying hydrated will help with your gut, and mental clarity, and improves the body [health] overall. It'll also help curb appetite due to filling your stomach with water.

5) Always Have a Routine

Have a routine. A daily one. It'll ensure that you're on track, and progressing. It may be tedious at first, but usually, we do have a typical daily routine. Brushing teeth, bathing, etc. By enforcing a clean and proper diet and nutritional regime, it'll become a habit, and will be implemented into your daily routine [habits]. A good habit will take you far.

6) Fasting can Be Ideal

16:8 - 16 hours of fast - 8 hours of eating [period]. This means that your body has to go without any calories, food, drinks, etc. When you go about fasting, the body essentially reset itself. You get to digest all the food, allowing the gut to do its job properly, without any interference, your insulin gets reset/improved, and overall, it can help with staying in a calorie deficit since you're only allowed to eat during an eating period, and that you restrict food/calories for more than 10+ hours. Not even mentioning that, your body may or will go into ketosis when fasting. This is because your body has no energy source [food], so it'll utilize its own body fat as fuel, resulting in weight/fat loss over time.

In addition, fasting can teach you how food affects the body and mind, and you'll notice recovery and performance may be improved.

7) Thermogenesis helps burn fat

Coffee/caffeine, fat burners, green tea, etc are all elements that can help boost metabolism, can aid in weight loss over time. Coffee for instance is known as a thermogenic property; it ramps up the body heat; targeting fat cells, burning them up, and the body has to cool down so as a result, weight loss occurs. If you have an affected metabolism due to being obese or a poor nutritional regime, using thermogenic foods/supplements to boost your metabolism and [blood sugar levels], it's very useful, effective, and ideal to go about.

I personally utilize coffee as a thermogenic drink/supplement. I drink coffee throughout the day, to enhance my metabolism, and to burn the fat continuously daily.

6) Calorie Deficit is Needed for weight loss

If you're eating in a surplus, guess what is going to happen? Yep - Weight gain. A calorie surplus will lead to an increase in body fat and muscles, but in this case, we're wanting the opposite; calorie deficit. A calorie deficit means that you're burning more energy than you consume, so as a result, you lose weight. Body fat, muscle, water, etc is lost during a calorie deficit phase. By having plenty of protein, you can maintain muscle mass.

To find out and determine how to enter a calorie deficit phase, use an online calorie tracker and calculator in order to find out how many calories you should be consuming on a daily basis.

DO not Starve yourself. A crash diet is not optimal nor safe.

7) Sleep Good Everyday

Sleep is very important. If you hardly sleep, you're going to get a lot of issues. Irritability, and cortisol raising, this will cause you to gain weight or will be difficult to promote weight loss. Cortisol will ruin a lot of things if you aren't addressing it properly. (sleep right, stress less, exercise, happy thinking/etc).

8) Do not Starve to Lose Weight

Starving yourself, like stomach hurting/pains, incredibly low energy/fatigue, feeling ill/sick, and not able to live life [joyfully] then you're going about dieting the wrong way. The whole point of dieting isn't to starve yourself, but to reduce, and change your eating habits and perspective.

By going on a crash diet, you'll affect everything. Hormones, performance, gut, mental health, etc. This is not good. Most likely, you'll rebound, gaining all the weight back and severely hurting your health furthermore.

Stay patient, stay on track, have fun here and there, don't go insane, and just do things properly.
