Viral Trending Healthy "Nature's Cereal" Craze

Why is Everyone Trying out this latest craze?
What is so special about "Nature's Cereal?"
Does it provide BENEFITS?

The latest craze for Dieting is Nature's cereal. As we all know, cereals are ideal to go about for a snack or for breakfast, but it's not the healthiest food to consume...So, people began to think of a way on how to become healthier without trying too hard...

Nature’s Cereal is the hottest new (and healthy) TikTok trend that’s taking the world by storm! Made with fresh berries, coconut water, and ice – it’s super refreshing and flavorful!

It’s also full of antioxidants, vitamin C, and fiber for a wholesome and light breakfast option.

This Nature’s Cereal recipe is just the thing! It can help aid digestion and boost energy and is probably a lot better than reaching for a box of Fruity Pebbles.

Everyone will be making Nature’s Cereal soon enough! Originally created by @natures_food on TikTok, the #naturescereal hashtag already has over 50 million views in less than a month, and then really started blowing up after Lizzo posted a video of it.

Benefits of Nature's Cereal

What are the benefits of this Cereal?

According to @natures_food who posted the recipe, the first effect you’ll notice is that the antioxidant-rich nature’s cereal is great for digestion. The second thing you’ll notice is after adding a big bowlful, you’ll feel intense energy, enough to run a “marathon.” Of course, that is an exaggeration, but I can understand the thought. Personally, I’ve gone on juicing cleanses and can always feel a big increase in energy when I consume a ton of fruits and vegetables.

Berries are delicious, considered a superfood, and a great source of antioxidants so you can’t really go wrong with what type of berries you use in this healthy cereal. Pomegranate seeds are also a great source of antioxidants as well as coconut water. Coconut water is also healthy and is high in electrolytes and potassium. Some people prefer it as an alternative to sports drinks, as it’s more naturally derived.

  • Low Calorie – If you still want that bowl of cereal feeling in the morning but without the processed sugar and extra calories, this is the perfect solution!

  • Fresh – Using fresh fruit adds texture and flavor to this simple dish.

  • Easy – With the ingredients used in my recipe, there’s no need to peel, hull, or chop any of the ingredients. Just wash and add to the bowl!

  • Delicious – I know it sounds weird, but this is really good. I don’t normally like coconut water on it’s own, but it really adds something here.

The original recipe was made with blueberries, blackberries, and pomegranate arils. But really, you can choose any fruit you want.

For this version, I’m skipping the pomegranate and adding in some raspberries.

Make sure to use unsweetened and pressed coconut water for the best results. We used Goya but Vita Coco is also a great option – just make sure you don’t get the “extra coconutty” kind that has coconut cream in it.

You can also use fresh coconut water if you have that available.

How To Make Nature’s Cereal

  1. Start by washing your produce and peeling or chopping the fruit if needed.
  2. Add the fruit to a bowl with some ice cubes.
  3. Pour the coconut water over the fruit and eat with a spoon as you would a bowl of cereal.

(Nature's Cereal is basically a Virgin Smoothie. Not blended; a bowl of fruits with coconut water and ice cubes. Then you simply eat it as it is - raw). Whereas a Smoothie is blended, processed with other fruits and foods. Thus making it a bit sweeter, tastier, easier to consume as opposed to eating raw fruits with coconut water. However, both provide great benefits and both aren't wrong to go about. Whatever works for you - whatever your preference is, both are okay and healthy.
