How to Lose Weight Right After ThanksGiving (Fat Loss Tips)

ThanksGiving was Yesterday, the 26th of November. Today's Date is: 11/27/2020, so that means, Christmas is coming up. So, you're going to learn how to lose FAT/weight right before the Christmas Holiday and New Years'.

You probably ate a lot and this is why you came across this topic. It's okay to consume lots of foods during the holidays, but be wise on your selections. (Do not neglect healthy nutrients: Veggies, fruits)

If you're dieting and want to promote fat-loss over the holidays, it requires work. Working out/Exercising, and proper dieting. Good nutrition along with exercise will promote fat loss. Eat your greens, your vegetables. Eating vegetables, fruits, and all of those healthy foods that most people neglect actually help with detoxing the body and it helps with weight-loss. (Ultimately it comes down to Calorie consumption).

“If you're taking in more energy — or calories — than you're expending, then you'll gain weight. Likewise, if you're expending more energy than you're taking in, you'll lose weight.”

Consuming lots of calories will make you gain weight. So if you ate a lot, the next day, you should Eat Less. By eating less, you're in a calorie deficit, which definitely causes weight-loss. In addition to fewer calories, you should be exercising to burn additional calories (aka fat). Cardio, lifting weights, swimming, etc can help make you lose fat because it demands energy and effort causing calorie-burning resulting in fat-loss.

Also, you can try FASTING the next day after Thanksgiving or any holiday. By fasting, it'll give your body a break - it'll help promote fat-loss and it'll efficiently utilize the foods you've consumed prior to the fast. This is an effective method to help stay on track and not fall of your dieting process.

Everyone indulges in food. It's okay too, and you shouldn't feel guilty about it. The next day, you can continue with your dieting journey.
