Losing FAT FOR ABS!

 Losing Fat for ABS

To get abs: Have a low body fat % !!

Losing fat for abs is a Requirement!

You cannot develop abs or get abs without losing your body fat. Body fat covers MUSCLE definition; So when you have a lot of fat on your body, you're covering your ab "definition." Everyone has abs, but not everyone can reveal them because they have a layer of fat covering their details. You do not need to workout to develop abs, you already have them. People train abs because it helps tones the ab muscles. When you tone any muscle, it looks better, more enhanced. You can also make your abs tighter by exercising. So yes, ab workouts can be ideal, but it's not needed to get abs.

What causes people to have no ABS:

- Too much BODY FAT covering the abs details/definition

- Having a poor diet - causing bloating/inflammation.

- No commitment  / no drive / making excuses

To obtain abs, you must reduce your body fat, and thus can be done by: Eating in a calorie deficit (and working out). When you approach a calorie deficit, that means that your body is eating less, receiving fewer calories than the normal. So for example, let's say you've been consuming 2500 calories on the daily basis, but NOW, you're wanting to reduce body fat to reveal your abs, so you must go about a calorie deficit to reduce body fat. So now you want to consume fewer calories than 2500. I recommend deducting 200-500 calories from your average calorie consumption to be in a calorie deficit (you can also figure this out by using a calorie-tracking app). When a calorie deficit is in place, it's now a patient game. You'll begin to lose fat from consuming fewer calories, but you must stay consistent with eating in a calorie deficit. Do this until you reach your desire weight goal.

By working out/exercising, you're burning calories. When you burn calories, you're stripping away fat from within your body which will help tone your body. So if you're trying to reveal your abs, a calorie deficit is a must, along with exercising. Ab exercises aren't necessary but it'll help. You do not need to train abs every day, you just need to exercise. Exercises that'll help burn a lot of calories is the best bet. HIIT, Cardio, Biking, swimming, LIIT, etc are good ideas of burning a lot of calories in a short amount of time. HIIT is High-intensity interval training, which is a high-intensity workout routine; Cardio is always good for everyone, it'll help tone your body and help burn calories, which is ideal for many many people. Weight training can also burn calories, so you don't have to necessarily do cardio or hiit for a lot of fat-loss.

Dieting and Nutrition are also very important when it comes to changing your physique. Vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, berries, etc all help nourish your body and help eliminate toxins, which in return help with fat-loss much easier. The best bet when it comes to having an AESTHETIC physique is your diet; If you're eating clean, you don't have to worry about fat-gain nor stubborn fat, but however, if you're eating dirty, or have a bad diet in place, you won't develop the physique you want.

  • -Calorie deficit
  • -Eating healthy
  • -Stay consistent
  • -No excess eating

Staying consistent with your goals will help with your journey and process. So you're trying to have abs right? Well stay consistent with working out, dieting/calorie deficit, and don't get distracted. It's okay to party here and there, but don't go overboard. Understand your body and how the transformation is going. Adjust things when necessary!
