Feeling Sluggish and Tired all the time? Tips to fix that! Gain more Energy!

Tips to Fix that - Gain Energy!

Always Tired? Lets fix that

Do You Feel: Brain Fog, Tired, Sluggish, No Energy, Can't Focus, No Clarity?

A lot
Of people are always tired nowadays it seems, which I agree with, I'm tired too. Work, school, working out, spending time with family and friends, doing whatever you need to do for yourself, chores, etc. A lot of energy is being used from doing all those activities and a lot of people don't recover from it or fully recover to the state of feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
"Tiredness"
(being tired all the time) can be caused by several thingsNot fully resting, not eating enough/bad diet, Stressing (critical), overworking/over stimulating your nervous system, staying up to late/too much, and health problems - it can lead to multiple problems. These can also impact organs such as your adrenal organ which is an essential organ to pay attention to because it plays a role on energy. Stress is a huge factor to pay attention too because it impacts the human body in several ways:

  1. ruins your sleep.
  2. wreak havoc on your hormones.
  3. Stress can exacerbate skin problems
  4. Stress impacts the immune system
  5. Stress could trigger depression.
  • Everyone responds to stress differently.
  • Everybody's different when it comes to dealing with stress.
  • But everyone should learn how to minimize the stress in their lives.
OverWorking / Over Stimulation
Overstimulating your CNS is bad. Let's say if you do, problems will arise. You'll notice the problems and it will affect you, or for me at least it does. Fatigue is real - it can impact your life and lifestyle. If you're not paying attention to your body's messages or not giving a fuck on how much stimulation you're giving your body, fatigue will set in. There's a limit on how much we can stimulate. Everyone's different though so you have to know you own limit.
Over stimulation can arise from many sources; Caffeine (pre-workout), masturbationsmokingnicotineworking out and stress [and more]. Excessive hormonal releases [caused by certain products/self-produced] will impact the brain chemistry - Unbalances will arise - It will affect the way you feel, act, think, everything. Simply, take it easy on the stimulant and workouts - give your body a break when needed and be caution.

You can easily fix
Your "tiredness" by examining what you're doing throughout the day(s). If you're stressing a lot, reduce it; if you're eating junk food/unhealthy food, fix that; if you're over stimulating your nervous system, take the time to recover, use methods to increase recoveryPay attention to your health.

Nutrition
Diet is one of the main keys for a healthy lifestyle. Without a healthy lifestyle diet, you may suffer from eating all the bad foods. Eating unhealthy majority of the time will impact you, personally and the way you feel. "If you eat right, ya feel right" I always go about - Simply, eating healthier foods will promote a healthier mindset and a better clarity of everything.

You may be depleted
Of certain nutrients/vitamins. They're also important too for the mental and physical state [of well-being]. If you're not consuming enough vitamins/minerals/nutrients, you'll feel weak. Have a blood panel test done - it'll show you what you're deficient in and can be easily fixed by supplementation.
After you've discovered what's the issue, you need to work on it. It'll take some time but the results will show. Keep the consistency and you'll never be tired again all the time.

You are Sad/Depressed
If you are constantly sad or depressed that will make you feel very sluggish, slow and clarity may be a fog. Depression affects the whole body - it can trigger a lot of things and it can lead to multiple problems later down the road. With excessive depression effects, we may not go with a healthy lifestyle approach, we may fall down and crumble as depression is slowly killing us [mentally]. You can combat depression and sadness, and if you do, you'll feel happier. To combat depression, I recommend living a Healthy Lifestyle. Such as; Exercising, healthy habits, healthy diet, etc.
