 Is a Fruit Cleanse Detox Good?


Fruits are packed with natural sugar in the form of fructose and many vitamins and antioxidants, including vitamin C and beta-carotene. Some research even shows fruits can reduce the risk of cancer and other chronic diseases.


Therefore, Fruits are purely organic. The foods we eat from fast foods and whatnot, you're harming your body with those toxic chemicals and nutrients.


See - Fruits contain fiber, which can help lower your cholesterol and encourage regular bowel movements. 


Which helps with the detoxing/cleansing process. It's important to remove toxic buildup but nourish the body afterward. So, fruits in this situation are beneficial because they're loaded with proper nutrition to provide healthy nourishment.

Fruit is naturally low in fat, sodium, and calories. This makes it perfect for detoxing. Not overeating, nor accumulating any toxic buildup.

Beef, fortified cereals, liver, tuna, chicken, lamb, and spinach contain B, B12, Vitamins, and Zinc.

Summary

Fruits are very healthy and nutritious for us. It helps cleanse, detox, and revitalize the body. Improving functions, hormones, and so forth. Enabling the body to restore itself to become efficient again.

However, fruits do lack certain vitamins, minerals, and nutrients in order to remain healthy.

I wouldn't recommend Living on Fruits, but I highly advise eating them on a daily basis for health regulation and to cleanse the body from toxic materials.


So, if you're trying to lose weight - a fruit cleanse can work. Don't starve yourself though as it could be very harmful to an individual.


Don't become obsessive with the fruit diet - your body needs nutrients such as Protein and other sources to become properly nourished (as mentioned before, You need vegetables and meat in order to provide proper nourishment).


Make sure to have a variety of fruits within your diet - the more fruits - the better. An array of fruits provide different nutrients, therefore, better nourishment.
