Dieting is not just to lose weight

A Diet is Not a Diet

A diet is not a Diet. It's a learning experience. An experience that will change your mindset, perspective, and outlines on life and yourself.

People "Diet" because they want to lose weight, or lose fat. Which can be true; dieting will do that for you but are you really learning anything from it?

When people go about dieting, they're simply restricting and limiting their food intake. Choosing when to eat healthy and proper foods. Choosing when to switch "on & off" the "dieting" process.

However, dieting should not be like this. In fact, Dieting shouldn't be an option.

Dieting is a learning experience or journey that an individual should be gaining knowledge from.

People have no clue why they're dieting. They have no idea how it affects their bodies, health, and weight management.

A Dieting Journey should and will teach you about nutrition, weight management, and yourself

A proper diet protocol will ultimately teach you about yourself. Your eating habits, the way you respond to food, and more.

Proper dieting will give you insight into nutrition - how the nutrition aspect affects your health and weight.

It'll also help change your mindset - perspective on many things.

You will realize that food is fuel. High-Quality fuel is much more effective than low-grade fuel; for Example - consuming junk food daily. *High-Grade fuel Example: Veggies, fruits, organic/whole foods*

A diet will change someone's mind to the point where they now realize that in today's society, everything must be taken into account in moderation. With care, knowledge, and balance.

If you aren't moderating or balancing food, stress, hygiene, exercise, and so forth; you're in trouble. You may experience health issues sooner or later.

Today's society is far from perfect. You cannot go on auto-pilot, expecting life to make you healthy. You - YOU - must take your own actions and do things right in life if you're wanting an optimal and healthy lifestyle.

At least 95% of the people who are Dieting Fail

As I said, dieting should be a learning journey - not a chore. This is why most people fail their dieting process/program. They end up getting bored or don't see any results/benefits from dieting. But the issue is...They're not committed nor have the knowledge.

A goal must be realistic and approachable. If you set an unrealistic goal, it's going to be tedious to achieve. So I recommend setting a realistic goal. Then learning about the things that revolve around the situation. Such as learning about Nutrition, calories, macros, micronutrients, etc, etc.

People stop their diet because they fail to see changes. Changes will occur soon - as soon as you begin to stay committed to the goal.

If you're slacking just a bit, the whole process will be slow. If you're 100% committed to the goal, you will see progress as soon as you start. Starting from your mind to the body to the plate to the scale.
