 The human body is not meant to consume the mass amounts of food that pro bodybuilders eat on a daily basis. Most bodybuilders don’t even have an appetite for that much food. They have to literally force-feed themselves in an effort to build bigger and bigger mass.

Everyone wants to be big. In order to grow, and to continue growing, you must intake a lot of calories. It requires an individual to consume more than a typical person. Sometimes double their calorie intake. With so much food consumption, it can lead to health complications.

Bodybuilders who are serious about growing must consume a lot of food.


For all of the calories, nutrients, vitamins, and minerals. Lots of calories are needed to promote muscle growth. 


Being underfed won't yield any muscle gains, so consuming a lot of food - in a caloric surplus will guarantee muscle and fat growth.

Force-feeding can be tedious, and not enjoyable. Especially if you don't like eating - a lot. It can make you sick, and so forth. But your body will adapt over time.


For one, force-feeding nutritious foods is very hard. Most healthy foods contain low calories, so typically junk food is involved in bodybuilder's diets - in order to reach their calorie quota.

Secondly, it's not good for the human body to endure gaining mass fast and beyond what your body is capable of. It'll put a lot of strain and stress on the organs, heart, and overall health. Some people develop complications from being too big.


Force-feeding, or eating a lot of food on a daily is as dangerous as using PEDS, if not deadlier.


The food itself is very complex; if you don't have nutritional knowledge. When it comes to optimizing health, you have to stay strict on your diet. And that is hard for most people.


So, just imagine, force-feeding unhealthy foods every day in order to reach your calorie goal. Imagine how many toxins, unhealthy nutrients, and chemicals you're accumulating. Over time, people do feel ill and develop health issues.

Balance out the junk food, and try to strive for healthy nutritious foods to avoid any health complications.
