See, the issue is that steroids in many countries are illegal, and in this case, how can you be 100% transparent when you can get in legal trouble, along with being sponsored, you have to say and do the right things all the time. OR, because steroids can be ashaming, wrongful doing due to the nature of life and how people have standards and what not. BUT We are noticing though that people are becoming more and more transparent each and every day and that is because many people are experiencing issues; mental and physical issues. As I mentioned, there's much more behind the scenes. More than using supplements, but their mental state. This is how they probably got there in the first place - by using supplements, and now they rely on'em in order to maintain it...
Social media is about what you want to see, not what you don't want to see. No one wants to see the supplements or drug use, because it's not appealing, so by posing physique pics and vids, it makes people motivated and inspired by you. They Idolize you; they'll do anything to become like you. With that being said, they'll buy into anything you promote. Ebooks, training, etc. When you follow someone's protocol, you don't know what's happening behind the scenes, and as I mentioned, if they're using steroids or sarms, YOU WILL NOT ACHIEVE THEIR TYPE OF PHYSIQUE. Even if you do take'em, you still won't acquire their type because everyone's different.
People fall into these pitfalls and become mini-soldiers of their idols. Which can be bad if the person is deceiving. You won't believe it, but I'd say, 90% of the influencers and fitness freaks are not natural and they're not being 100% transparent. Sure, okay, let's say if they're natural, but are they being 100% transparent when it comes to being shredded all the time?
Being shredded requires a strong strong mindset. You're in a calorie deficit all the time to maintain a lean physique. This will ultimately drain your energy and performance overall which can hinder bodybuilding, etc. These people aren't saying how devasting and debilitating it is to stay shredded for a long time. You're constantly fatigued, drained, and have no motivation. Like I said, sometimes people use steroids or sarms or even perhaps drugs to make themselves more productive or whatnot.
Now, I'm not saying you'll be like this if you wanna become shredded and to maintain a shredded physique; I'm telling you, people, that many of these top-popular fitness influencers aren't saying the truth. I mean, go look on Youtube - search up any fitness freak you idolize or know that isn't natural in your eyes and do research on that person. I guarantee someone has made a scientific video about that person.
But you do have to realize staying shredded year-round does take a lot of hard work, determination and willpower. If you can't stay on track all the time, day in and day out, you won't maintain a shredded physique. You have to put all of your efforts and have a strong mind to refrain from binging or eating junk food. It's easy to fall and binge eat when stressed or going out, but that's when your willpower kicks in.
