How to Lose that CHEST FAT

Aka MAN-BOOBS

Today, you will learn how to reduce your chest fat so you can look more masculine!

Chest fat develops by having a poor diet. Stubborn fat has been developed in that area and now, it's time to get rid of it. But how? You cannot "target" certain areas, but there are ways to help reduce it. Simply by fixing your diet - eating healthier - incorporating veggies will help detox the body, making your body lose its stubborn fat. Along with Exercise - that is a must.

Over time, you have been developing stubborn fat. Stubborn fat is much harder to get rid of than regular fat. We hold stubborn fat in many different places, but the typical places are the stomach, the sides of them, the legs, cheeks, and chest.

Exercising will help burn away fat and especially stubborn fat if you're doing intense workouts. HIIT or Cardio is preferred when trying to get rid of stubborn fat. It's STUBBORN so we have to Melt it away. By amping up your heart rate, you will begin to burn calories from doing HIIT or cardio, so you're burning fat as the session goes on. Do this daily, for a couple of weeks or months till you're satisfied with your results. Once you've melted the fat away, you don't have to continue with HIIT or cardio, but it's recommended to always stay active. I prefer cardio over HIIT once you've accomplished your goal because HIIT  is more of a demanding exercise compared to cardio which can be less impactful.

Obviously, chest workouts are required too. It will help tone and build up muscle within your chest. When you're developing muscle in a certain region, it'll help reduce fat and build muscle mass. This will make your appearance look more masculine because it is nice and toned vs a blob of fat on your chest. Looking like you have man-boobs.

You are wanting to progress with dieting and exercising. A calorie deficit is needed in order to lose weight. Meaning, you have to consume fewer calories than normal on a daily basis. For example, if your calorie intake was around ~4,000 before you started your journey, then you must consume less than "~4,00" so, it'll be around ~3,500 calories until you see progress and results.

People say stay away from certain things such as soy because it can cause some issues for males. This can't be fully true because studies show that it's not correct. If it was true, a lot of men would have breasts developing across the globe.

Conditions that can cause Man-Boobs

Gynaecomastia – often referred to as man boobs or moobs – is a common condition that causes the breast tissue in men to swell and become larger than normal. It can affect one or both sides of the chest and is common in boys going through puberty and older men.

Gynecomastia results from the imbalance of testosterone and estrogen in the body, where high estrogen level causes the development of fatty tissues in the chest area.

Steroids can also cause GYNO - So Be Aware!
