Tristyn Lee is an American bodybuilder and internet sensation. When he’s not at the gym, Tristyn can be found on the soccer pitch, training to become a pro soccer player.
Tristyn’s rise to fame all began when he was 15, after he started uploading pictures of his awesome soccer skills on the web. However, it wasn’t long before people noticed his incredible physique, leading him to become an online sensation.

In order to be lean as Tristyn, you must have the dedication to do so. Tristyn Lee is an athletic man. He loves sports and the challenges that come along with them.
When he began Bodybuilding, it somewhat, if not, became his passion. He dedicates his time and energy to it. By being passionate about something, it'll give you the drive and determination to achieve whatever you want. In his case, he wants an ideal physique; Being a Lean Ripped Mofo.
Being ripped or lean is a hard task. You must reach very low, extreme conditions state of body fat. When you reduce body fat as much as possible, you outline your physique much better. The appearance, the aesthetics of it is just remarkable. I believe this is why Tristyn wants to be lean and has always been lean because the Aesthetics part of it is just admirable.
To develop such a physique, you must sacrifice and have the strong willpower to avoid junk food, to avoid overeating, to eat clean and proper, and to reach your calorie count for the day. While being in a calorie deficit. Every day. For weeks and months and even perhaps years. It takes time in order to reach low body fat along with muscle mass because it requires efficient manipulation of dieting and working out.
You just cannot workout hard every day if you're in a calorie deficit, especially when you're super lean as tristyn lee. I'm not sure how he does it, but there are many speculations, however, it's just still amazing how he can perform at his best and have a killer physique.
Normally, when people begin to reach very low body fat %, such as 5-9% body fat is hard on you, on yourself. It's hard mentally and physically. It'll affect your energy, your mental clarity and strength, power, recovery, and much more. This is when nutrition is crucial at this point. When you're acquiring such low body fat, typically people cut out certain foods such as carbs, but that ends up cutting out nutrients, so pinpointing nutrients is key to maintaining a strong powerful body and it'll help with recovery and so forth. You do not want to be vitamin/mineral deficient while cutting/being in a calorie deficit and while lean. You're asking to get hurt.
People are much stronger when they have above 9% body fat because it's easier for the body to essentially run. You'll have more energy, your muscles will be much fuller due to receiving more nutrients and overall it's just healthier for your body. See, when you are depleted of certain nutrients, or just low on calories, your body has to go through tough tough challenges in order to do what you want. It simply doesn't have the fuel to do so. Your body isn't made to be in a low body fat percentage range. But of course, the body does adapt to conditions over time.
So with this being said, Tristyn lee has suffered, sacrificed, and endured many challenges in order to achieve what he wants. He is ripped and lean and shredded. What another person you know is just as ripped and muscular as Mr. Lee? Hardly anybody. It takes a strong-willed person in order to get to this point. No typical American can endure this type of condition, considering half of Americans are overweight.
Tristyn has the passion, the drive, the knowledge, the power and the strong mind to do what he loves. Bodybuilding, and carving that physique!
