Arm Day Mistakes - These Are Killing Your Gains!

If you have lagging arms, then you have come to the right place to understand how to build nice, thick arms. For myself, I'd say I have nicely developed biceps and triceps. Today, I'm going to be discussing WHAT IS KILLING YOUR GAINS! Don't make these mistakes; learn what you should improve to make better Arm Gains!

What is Killing Your Arm Gainz

1) Not training intensely; the angles matter; volume and reps
The biceps and triceps have many muscles, just performing the basic exercises won't do the job if you're wanting to develop nice arms. Supersets, drop sets, partials, volume, and high reps and also using other ways to train such as using resistance bands, etc; are all ideal to develop mass and aesthetics. In addition, by positioning your body at certain angles, you can emphasize the tension on the muscle, and you can target different muscle groups much more efficiently.

2) Poor Form While Weight Lifting
When you're going about a lift and when you execute an exercise with improper form, you're not lifting with the right muscles 100%, you're sacrificing your form for the weight - You must reduce your weight and use lighter weights - Lighter weighs do indeed build muscles.
It all comes down to tension and mind to muscle connection. Although you can go about cheat curls if you're at the end of the workout.

3) Not Establishing the Mind to Muscle Connection:
When you are going about an exercise, you have to think about the muscle that you're going to use, or to activate, or to train; many people end up just lifting the weights for reps rather than feeling the muscle being worked on. It's a quite difficult thing to explain, but the mind to muscle connection means that you can effectively target a certain muscle and you can feel the muscle working - normally this is done by isolation exercise but you can achieve mind to muscle connection at any time. When you have this establishment, you can increase your hypertrophy which leads to more gains!
