Wrist Rolling (As seen in the video below) is a GREAT exercise for the forearms - by far the best for developing forearm size and strength. From this exercise, you'll develop strength and mass.

🛈 How To Perform
Grab a Roller (can make a homemade one), and simply attach a rope to the roller - then add/attach weights (plates) to the end, and stand stall - let the weight hang from the floor and roll the weight UPWARDS til it wraps completely around the wrap n unroll slowly as it goes downwards. Repeat.
