Many foods that contain sugar are bad for us. It is bad for your health, and it'll make you fat. Especially if you have a bad eating habits. If you overeat or drink on sugar, you may become overweight/obese. You may also develop diabetes and other health issues if you continue to treat your body poorly.


People whom are overweight tend to overconsume Sugar. Sugar is typically associated with Soda and desserts.
