TOP Exercises To do To get Strong!

MUST DO EXERCISES TO GET STRONGER

"COMPOUND EXERCISES"

When going about Compound exercises, you have to utilize your whole body to perform a rep of an exercise. When initiating your whole body, everything is being stimulated, the large muscles and even the small muscles that most people don't focus on, and that is the "stabilizer" muscles. Thus gives you a greater chance to develop strength and muscle.

Sometimes us people only focus on isolation workouts, bicep curls, tricep workouts, maybe a little routine of compound exercises such as the bench press but we aren't utilizing our full body, we do not do enough, or at least I think we aren't doing enough compound exercises. If you people want to develop brute strength and to be/get big, compound exercises are the way to go. Since compound exercises utilize more than one muscle groups, you're developing overall body strength and muscle at the same time. You're training more than one more muscle group, so that's why people like compound exercises (deadlift - king, squats, ohp). Compound exercises literally force you to keep tight, to engage all muscle groups to prevent falling over or hurting yourself and that is why the compound exercise is a must if you're wanting to get hella strong and muscular.

Compound lifts create the greatest change in body composition in the shortest time, and have the added benefit of helping to develop the body proportionately.

Isolation Exercise Vs Compound Exercises

As mentioned above, Compounds are total body movement or using your whole body to perform an exercise, whereas ISOLATION exercises are different; You're isolating ONE Single particular muscle [group] in order to train it more efficiently. This can help bring up lagging body parts or to specifically target a certain muscle only. Go about this ISOLATION Exercises on some body parts such as; Biceps, triceps, legs, etc.

Compound Exercise = Compound exercises are exercises that work multiple muscle groups at the same time.
Isolation Exercise = Isolating a single muscle group to be only trained, not training other muscle groups.
